The classic gin rickey is the perfect combination of gin, lime juice and seltzer. We take it to the next level with Beehive Distilling’s jack rabbit gin and fresh lime juice. Think of it as a gin and tonic without the tonic.

Serving suggestion

Pour over ice and add a lime wedge as a garnish
