FULL DISCLOSURE RYE WHISKEY

In the spirit of honesty and transparency we’ve named our first whiskey “Full Disclosure”. We do have our own whiskey aging, but when we tried this delicious rye we decided we should buy some barrels, it’s damn tasty. Full Disclosure, we don’t make it but we age, bottle and drink it like it’s one of our own.


Serving suggestion:
Pour over ice or take it neat. If your looking for a cocktail to get you through the night we recommend the following classic.

Sazerac:

2 oz rye whiskey
1/2 oz simple syrup
absinthe
2 dashes peychaud's bitters
lemon twist

Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe and set aside. Stir the other ingredients in an ice filled mixing glass, strain into the chilled glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
