SERIES III CLASSES
Saturday April 16 | 2:30PM
American Gin Festival
Where better to taste a series of American Gins than at one of Utah’s premier gin distilleries! Join us as we feature a series of gins from around the USA. From classic dry style to Old Tom to modern infused gins, we discuss the distillation process, the base spirits, and the best cocktails each of these styles are best in.
Saturday May 28 | 2:30PM
American Single Malt Tasting
Join us for a tasting of this new category in the world of whiskey, American Single Malt Whisky. Yes, I dropped the ‘e’ in whisky because these whiskies are made in the tradition of Scotch using Barley as the primary grain. The difference is the new oak ageing that’s used. We feature a number of American Single Malts, discuss the distillation practices, ageing and flavor profiles of each.
Saturday June 18 | 2:30PM
Tequila + Mezcal Tasting
Join us for this Agave spirits tasting featuring Tequila & Mezcal. Many styles are presented as we taste from a salty and crisp Blanco Tequila to a soft wood and vanilla Reposado Tequila, to the roasted Piña of Mezcal.
$55.00
